Start with Samples from Different Constructions

That is useful because a product photograph cannot explain the complete difference between a molded TPE grid pillow and a TPE layer combined with memory foam.

Specify Pillows and Seat Cushions Separately

Can TPE Grid Products Be Supplied in Blue?
The buyer asked whether a selected series could be blue.
For bulk orders, custom TPE colors can be discussed, including a requested blue. Confirm feasibility, minimum quantity and the sample arrangement for the exact model.
Specify whether blue refers to the TPE material, textile cover or both. Provide a Pantone reference or physical color sample where possible.
Approve the physical color before production. Screen images alone are an unreliable reference for matching material color.

Where Can a Private-Label Logo Be Placed?
For this inquiry, the confirmed branding option was a logo label on the outer cover.
Mark the preferred position on a cover photograph or drawing. Provide the artwork, proposed label dimensions and any presentation requirements.
The label position should be reviewed together with the cover construction, opening and user contact areas. Confirm the final appearance on a sample before approving production.
A cover label does not automatically mean the logo will be printed directly onto the TPE grid. Identify the branding method clearly in the specification.
Can Future Purchases Use Custom Packaging?
Yes. Bulk projects can include custom color, packaging and an outer-cover logo label.
A practical sequence is:
- Compare standard samples.
- Select the preferred models and constructions.
- Confirm color, cover label and packaging artwork.
- Review the customized sample or agreed approval materials.
- Finalize quantity, packing details and delivery terms.
For distributors serving multiple retailers, clarify whether products need individual retail packaging, generic packaging or distributor-branded presentation.
Request actual carton dimensions, gross weight and packing quantity before arranging freight.
Do Material Certificates Replace Peru Import Permits?
No. Material certificates and testing documents do not establish import permission.
