Check edge alignment, movement during handling and the fit of the outer cover. A cover that fits the original foam pillow may need adjustment after adding TPE.

Evaluate the assembled pillow with its intended cover.
Review finished height, comfort, recovery after compression, sheet movement, edge feel and total weight. Compare it against your existing pillow and record the selected configuration.
If you plan to market cooling or other measured performance, arrange testing of the complete product to support those claims.
Also review the proposed shipping pack and inspect a packed sample after opening. Confirm the approved construction and packing details in writing before proceeding.
