TPE grid layers with a foam base provide another starting point for mattress development. Catalog configurations combine a 1, 2 or 3 cm TPE layer with a 1 cm foam base, giving overall thicknesses of 2, 3 or 4 cm.
These components can be evaluated for foam and hybrid mattress designs. The complete mattress construction, including the cover and supporting layers, should be tested during development.

Grid cell size and layer thickness are different measurements. For example, “25 mm square grid” describes the cell dimensions; it does not mean every sheet is 25 mm thick.

How Are Full Mattress Sizes Assembled?
A full-size mattress layer may use multiple TPE sections.
Our catalog shows two honeycomb sheets joined to form 150 × 200 cm or 180 × 200 cm layouts. It also illustrates square-grid constructions using two or four modules, with foam borders to adjust the finished dimensions.
When reviewing an assembled layer, confirm the number of sections, border dimensions, foam base and overall thickness. Ask whether the quotation covers individual sheets or the assembled component.
This makes it easier to compare proposals and plan the work required in your own factory.
